Fine Art Prints Direct from the Photographer

I Dew

When a person orders a print from me, I sometimes ask why they chose a certain photo. Some responses have included:

A man bought a print of "Point Arena Lighthouse Guarding The Coast" because he used to visit there when he was younger.

A woman bought a print of "Morning Light At Nobska Point Lighthouse" because that's where she got engaged.

A man bought a print of "Open Fragrant Water Lily" because he wanted to give his wife a reminder of New England, where she spent her childhood.

A woman bought a print of "Vietnam Memorial And Washington Monument" because she collects war-related photos.

A man bought a print of "Bryce Canyon In Morning Sun" because he and his wife had just returned from a great hiking vacation in that national park.

A woman bought a print of "Australian Hay Bales" because her brother likes ... well, hay bales.

And there are plenty of other great reasons to buy prints as gifts, limited only by thought and imagination. Choose a print that reminds someone of a special place — their favorite vacation spot, the beach where they were married, the state their family hails from.

Prints are issued in certified limited editions (most are editions of 25), and are made on Fuji Crystal Archive paper, one of the highest-quality photo papers in existence. For more information about quality and so on, see About the Prints.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Fine art prints are a great way to decorate a space while also making an investment, and they make a fine gift as well. Choose a print that reminds someone of a special place — their favorite vacation spot, the lighthouse where they were married, the state their family hails from.

All Chris Nicholson's prints are original limited editions (most are editions of 25) made to order. They're printed on Fuji Crystal Archive paper, one of the highest-quality photo papers in existence. Prints made on this paper will show no signs of fading for 60 years or more.

If you don't want to choose art for someone else, consider a gift certificate, instead. If ordered electrionically, certificates can often be delivered same-day.
