I'm not going to write an emotional piece; I'm not going to use this blog to publicly grieve.
But because my father is mentioned on this website, and because he was instrumental in my developing an interest in photography while growing up, I do feel he warrants a mention in this space.
My dad, Malcolm A. Nicholson, has passed away.
I wrote about him when I first launched this website five years ago, in an artist statement titled "My Influences."
