At the edge of a path leading through a pine grove on the side of the Pacific Ocean, I found this vista of a seastack and quiet, rolling waves. I'd been looking for a spot to photograph a Pacific Ocean dusk, using the soft light remaining 20 minutes after sunset. With the soft light, the deep blues and the long clouds, this spot was perfect.
