A prairie dog will sometimes repeatedly jump and bark simultaneously. The behavior — called a "jump yip" — can quickly spread through a colony, resulting in dozens of prairie dogs jump-yipping at the same time. Scientists are unsure why prairie dogs jump yip, but my guess is that it's because the Rangers made the playoffs.
