An image years in the making. Sort of. I had first thought of trying to produce a good photo of a snowy orchard in the winter of 1993. For ten years I either didn't have snow, light or an orchard. In 2004, I found them all on a photo-making drive through central Connecticut, on a day when I wasn't even looking for them.
